Ronan Arthur

Ronan graduated from the Galway Institute of Technology with a Diploma in Property Management and went on to gain an honours degree in Real Estate Management at Oxford Brookes University in the UK. On graduating Ronan went to work for DTZ Commercial at their head office in Londons West End. During his time in London Ronan gained valuable experience in one of the most vibrant and diverse property markets in the world. On returning to Ireland he was employed as a property negotiator and mortgage advisor in an established auctioneering firm in Ennis. Ronan has a wealth of  experience in relation to the property market in Co. Clare and has been an active member of the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute. Ronan has also recieved a certificate in mortgage practice form the Irish Institute of Bankers.

Tomas Lees

Tomas has spent the last 14 years in County Clare working full time in the property industry after graduating from the Galway Institute of Technology in June 1997. Tomas has extensive knowledge in all sectors of the property market in Co. Clare. He has been involved in a wide and varied range of property negotiations, rent reviews, property management  services and valuations over the last 15 year period.

Tomas holds an Honours Diploma in Property Management and is an active member of the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute (MIAVI) since 1997. He also worked as a full time Mortgage Advisor in Ennis for a 4 year period.
